Responsibility：
1. Formulated the north China sales plan, determined the marketing strategy, and led the team to complete the sales task;
2. Establish and improve sales business norms and working procedures, sales management systems and assessment and incentive policies, organize implementation and supervise implementation;
3. Responsible for the establishment, management, training and assessment of the sales team, and the implementation of the company's post responsibility system and assessment and incentive system;
4. Planned and established sales network, organized market development and customer development, and organized the establishment of customer information base;
5. Evaluate, track and manage regional sales;
6. Market research and analysis, providing the company with business development strategy and basis;
7. Make sales forecast, budget and related manpower plan.
Job specification：
1. At least 5 years of sales experience in the plastics industry or automobile industry. Experience in project development of mercedes-benz and BMW is preferred
2. Rich sales and management experience, marketing channel development and maintenance ability, good team spirit and enterprising spirit, strong communication and coordination ability, good communication skills.
3. Strong training, management ability and project sales experience
4. Good professional quality, high sense of responsibility, integrity, preciseness, sureness and diligence
5. College degree or above
